The approved documents and the evidence decide what ships
Quality control here runs against what was confirmed in writing for your order: artwork, colours, sizes, roster and trims. Where a check cannot be traced back to a confirmed document, it is not a check. Problems are settled by going back to the documents and the evidence first.
First response within 30 minutes during working hours, within 12 hours outside them.
The production data pack
Five items are confirmed in writing before cutting starts. They travel with the order and are the only production basis.
-
Artwork
The approved design the print and decoration lines work from, including crest, brand-colour and sponsor placement.
-
Colours
Approved swatches for every colour in the design, club and sponsor colours included.
-
Sizes
The confirmed size data for the order: the factory's own blocks built on common European and American fits, or a custom chart you supply.
-
Roster
The confirmed player name and number list, with the size breakdown as you agreed it.
-
Trims
The confirmed fabric and trims for the order, from crest type and badges to finishing.
Nothing is cut from a verbal agreement or a chat message. If it is not in the written pack, it is not production data.
Seven checks, in this order
Each point is recorded against the confirmed pack for the order. Nothing moves to the next stage on an assumption.
- 01 Incoming materials Fabric and trims are checked against the confirmed specification when they arrive.
- 02 First article The first garment off the line is compared with the approved sample and the written production pack.
- 03 Colour and placement Printed and decorated parts are checked against the approved swatches, with crest and sponsor placement verified.
- 04 Stitching and measurement Stitching and garment measurements are audited against the confirmed size data.
- 05 Names and numbers Player names, numbers and the size breakdown are verified against the confirmed roster list.
- 06 Quantity and packing The final quantity is counted against the packing list before the cartons are closed.
- 07 Pre-dispatch evidence Photos and video of the finished order are prepared before the goods leave.
What the release pack contains
The evidence for your order is prepared before the goods leave, not after a question is asked.
-
Production photos
Real photos of the finished order, taken during and after the run rather than stock imagery.
-
Video of the run
Video updates during production and of the finished goods, so the batch can be seen as it stands.
-
Packing list
A carton-by-carton breakdown of what is inside, using the confirmed size and name allocation.
-
Quantity count
The final count, checked against the packing list before the cartons are sealed.
Documents and evidence first, then the remedy
Claims are handled in a fixed order, so the conversation stays about facts rather than assumptions.
We go back to the written documents first: the confirmed production pack, the approved sample and the approved swatches for the order.
Then we agree what is affected. Liability and the affected quantity are settled before any remedy is chosen, so the answer matches the evidence.
Where the question touches replacements, credits or a repeat order, the after-sales and reorders route sets out how that part is handled.
What you can check yourself
Each order arrives with the documents needed to check it. Five things are worth doing before the cartons are distributed.
-
Carton count
Count the cartons against the packing list before opening them.
-
Size breakdown
Check the size breakdown against the roster sheet you confirmed.
-
Crest and colours
Compare crest and colours with the approved sample and swatches.
-
Names and numbers
Check player names and numbers against the confirmed roster list.
-
Measurements
Spot check garment measurements against the confirmed size data.
Send the documents with the brief
Send the artwork, or the crest, colours and references, and note anything that has to be checked before dispatch. We will confirm the inspection points and the paperwork for your order.
