The bulk clock starts at the deposit plus written confirmation
The lead time for bulk production starts when the deposit is received and the complete production pack is confirmed in writing. Until both are in place, no date is fixed. Three conditional fast tracks cover short-notice work, and every other schedule is confirmed per order.
First response within 30 minutes during working hours, within 12 hours outside them.
Two conditions, and both of them
An enquiry, a mockup or a written quote does not reserve capacity on its own. The bulk clock starts on the day both of these are in place.
-
The deposit is received
The 50% deposit reaches us and is confirmed, which is what reserves the production slot.
-
The complete production pack is confirmed in writing
Artwork and colours, fabric and craft, size data, roster and packing, all confirmed in writing as one pack.
Both conditions run together, not in sequence. If the pack is still open when the deposit arrives, the clock waits for the pack, and the date is confirmed once it closes.
Three conditional fast tracks
These are available when the condition for each one is met. Each is a condition, not a standing promise, and the schedule is confirmed per order.
- 01 2-hour first 3D mockup For complete assets, clear requirements and normal complexity. It covers the first mockup only; revision rounds and final production artwork are outside it.
- 02 3-day rapid sampling For standard products in available materials, after the sample fee is received and the specifications are confirmed.
- 03 7-10 day fast bulk Conditional, and confirmed per order by production. It is offered against the production load at the time, not automatically.
Every other lead time is confirmed per order. Sampling, bulk production and freight each carry their own schedule, and the schedule is confirmed in writing rather than assumed from a general figure.
What reaches you while the order is being made
Work does not go quiet after the deposit. Milestone updates carry real production photos and video through the run, and an evidence pack is prepared before the goods leave.
Updates are sent at agreed points rather than on request, so a question about a batch can be answered with evidence from the floor on the day it is asked.
The pre-dispatch evidence pack covers the finished order: the final quantity count, the packing list and photos and video of the goods as packed. The checks behind that pack are set out on the quality control page.
-
Milestone updates
Sent through the run at the points agreed for the order, rather than only at the end.
-
Real production photos and video
Taken on the floor during and after the run, not stock imagery.
-
Pre-dispatch evidence pack
Photos, video and the final count, prepared before the goods leave.
-
Packing list
A carton-by-carton record of what is inside, against the confirmed roster and size data.
Freight is quoted per order, and responsibility is agreed in writing
Courier, air and sea freight are quoted for the shipment in front of us, against destination and schedule. Transit, customs and duties are never promised in advance.
-
Courier
Quoted per order, for parcels and shorter runs where the schedule allows it.
-
Air freight
Quoted per order, where the schedule matters more than the cost per unit shipped.
-
Sea freight
Quoted per order for larger shipments, where the schedule has room for it.
-
Confirmation in writing
Destination and responsibility are confirmed in writing before dispatch, so there is no assumption on either side.
Transit, customs and duties are never promised in advance. On arrival, count the cartons and check the packing list against the documents before the goods are distributed.
Send the date you are working towards
Send the target date, the quantity and the destination, and note whether the artwork and roster are ready. We will confirm the start point, the schedule and the freight terms for the order in writing.
