1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging Fujian Shishi Chengyun Garment Co., Ltd. (CarryOnKits) for manufacturing services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. Continued interaction with this website constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the site and its intake forms.
2. Permitted use of the website
This website is provided for legitimate B2B commercial evaluation. You agree not to:
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or maliciously disruptive inquiries or automated bulk spam.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to server infrastructure, databases, or proprietary technical documentation.
- Scrape, reproduce, or republish our product photography, fabric specifications, or technical content for competing commercial purposes.
3. Accuracy of content and contractual precedence
Product photographs, fabric descriptions, tier matrices, capacity references, and timeline indications presented on this website are indicative commercial guidance. They do not constitute a binding offer.
In all cases, a formally executed sales contract, Proforma Invoice, or written order confirmation takes absolute precedence over website content. The confirmed written production pack (Tech Pack) signed by the client is the exclusive governing specification for manufacturing.
4. Intellectual property and client artwork
All CarryOnKits branding, site design, technical photography, and original written content remain our exclusive intellectual property.
5. Client-uploaded artwork and licensing warranty
Clients submitting club crests, tournament emblems, corporate sponsor marks, league logos, or collegiate badges warrant that they hold full legal title or explicit written licensing rights to reproduce those marks.
We explicitly prohibit the production of counterfeit goods. Our compliance team performs preliminary screening of all submitted marks. We reserve the right to pause design, sampling, or cutting operations immediately if submitted artwork appears to infringe registered retail sports brand trademarks or unauthorized professional league marks, and may request formal licensing documentation or revised artwork.
6. Prohibited uses and indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify CarryOnKits against third-party trademark or copyright claims arising directly from artwork provided by the client. Manufacturing capacity is never utilized for unauthorized counterfeit retail reproduction.
7. External links
Our website may reference third-party courier platforms, regulatory bodies, or external industry resources. We do not control, endorse, or assume liability for the content, availability, or privacy practices of external domains.
8. Limitation of liability and commercial allocation
Website information is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted site uptime or permanent availability of every catalogued reference. Commercial liability regarding product quality, delivery scheduling, and defect remediation is governed exclusively by the executed supply contract, not by marketing content on this website.
Where a production defect is verified against the signed Tech Pack and approved physical sample, our remedial obligations are limited to priority replacement runs or commercial credit for the specifically affected quantity. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
9. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use to reflect evolving manufacturing practices, data governance obligations, or legal requirements. Material revisions will be reflected in the "Last updated" note at the top of this page.
