These are the questions that arrive with enquiries: how the design routes work, what the minimum quantity is, how sizing and rosters are confirmed, when the lead time starts, and what has to be confirmed in writing before cutting begins. Each answer states what applies generally; the commercial points are agreed per project.

Lead time, price and payment points are confirmed per project. Unit price is set by product, design, fabric, craft, trims, delivery and packaging, and the deposit and balance are agreed against a written quotation before production starts.
