A production base that owns the core and answers for the whole order

CarryOnKits is the B2B custom teamwear business of Fujian Shishi Chengyun Garment Co., Ltd. Core production, scheduling and quality control run through our own factory in Shishi, Fujian, China's athletic apparel cluster, with screened long-term partners covering special processes and peak capacity. Final quality and delivery stay with one point of responsibility, whichever lines ran the order.

First response within 30 minutes during working hours, within 12 hours outside them.

What we run ourselves, what partners run

The trading company and the production factory are separate legal entities run by the same owner. Eighteen production lines run across our own factory and the long-term partner lines together, not eighteen lines we own.

Twenty years and more of OEM/ODM sports apparel manufacturing sit behind this floor. Core production, scheduling and quality control run here, from materials in to final packing.

Screened long-term partners

Special processes and peak capacity are covered by screened long-term partners working to the production pack we issue for the order. CarryOnKits remains the one party answering for final quality and delivery.

Production flow

Six stages, in this order

The route is the same for a ten-piece order and a season order: inputs differ, sequence does not. Where a stage runs on a partner line, the confirmed documents travel with the order and the same checks apply.

  1. 01 Materials in Incoming fabric and trims are checked against the confirmed specification before anything is cut.
  2. 02 Cutting Panels are cut from the approved fabrics to the confirmed pattern and size data for that order.
  3. 03 Print and decoration Sublimation, white-ink direct print, silicone badges and 3D embroidery are applied to the approved artwork and placement.
  4. 04 Assembly Garments are assembled to the approved sample and the written production pack for the order.
  5. 05 Personalisation Player names, numbers, sizes and sponsor placements are applied against the confirmed roster list.
  6. 06 Final inspection and packing Each order is counted, checked against the packing list and photographed before the cartons are closed.
Control

What holds an order together is not the size of the floor

An order can pass through more than one line. What keeps it on specification is a confirmed pack, a named point of responsibility and checks that are written down.

An approved sample beside the confirmed production pack
  • The written pack decides

Fabric, colour, size and numbering data are confirmed in writing before production. The pack, not a verbal agreement, is what the lines build.

  • One point of responsibility

CarryOnKits holds single-point responsibility for final quality and delivery, whichever lines ran the order.

  • Screened partners, confirmed schedules

Special processes and peak capacity sit with screened long-term partners, with lead times confirmed per order.

At a glance

The numbers behind the base

Four figures describe production. Ten pieces per design is the bulk minimum; smaller quantities run as samples or special small runs at non-bulk pricing.

20+ Years of OEM/ODM sports apparel manufacturing in our own factory
18 Production lines across the own factory and long-term partner lines
10 pcs Minimum quantity per design for bulk orders
2XS–7XL Western-fit size blocks, custom charts accepted
Document control

The pack is frozen, then the clock starts

Artwork, colours, sizes, roster and trims are confirmed in writing and frozen as the production pack for that order. After the freeze, any change is treated as a revision: the affected stage pauses and the change is agreed in writing before work continues.

The bulk cycle starts when the deposit is received and the complete production pack is confirmed in writing. A 7–10 day fast bulk run is conditional and confirmed by production per order.
