B2B Custom Teamwear Manufacturer

One team.
One kit system.
Delivered end to end.

CarryOnKits builds full-cycle custom teamwear for clubs, sports brands and event organisers. Design, fabrics, sampling, bulk production, quality control and cross-border delivery run as one project, with one supplier answering for the finished order.

What we do

A full-cycle custom kit project.
Not stock resale.

We manufacture custom teamwear from the first requirement to the delivered carton: requirement confirmation, design and 3D mockup, fabric and craft selection, sampling, bulk production, quality control and cross-border delivery. CarryOnKits is the trading company; core production, scheduling and quality control run through our own factory in Shishi, Fujian, with screened long-term partners covering special processes and peak capacity.

  1. 01

    Single-point responsibility

The trading company and the factory are separate legal entities run by the same owner. Core production, scheduling and quality control sit with our own factory, and final quality and delivery are answered for by one partner.

  2. 02

    One kit language

Matchday, training, travel, staff and club leisurewear are developed to the same colours, crest treatment and trims, so every squad in the club reads as one organisation.

  3. 03

    Written data is the basis

Fabric, size, crest, colour and numbering data are confirmed in writing before production. The confirmed production pack — not a verbal agreement — is what the factory builds.

Where to start

Two ways buyers arrive.

A / Small & medium clubs

You have a crest and colours.

Bring the crest, your brand colours and a reference kit. We develop the design with you, return a 3D mockup, sample it, and take the same files through to a full squad order — no in-house design team needed on your side.

  • We design the kit with you from the crest and colours
  • 3D mockup and physical sample before bulk
  • Bulk orders from 10 pieces per design
Submit your project brief
B / Large clubs, brands & organisers

You manage many teams and products.

Run several squads, age groups and product lines as separate projects against one schedule: per-team numbering, size structures from 2XS to 7XL, a specification tier per product, and written confirmation before anything is cut.

  • Multi-team and multi-product programmes
  • 2XS–7XL size sets, or your own size chart
  • Written production pack before deposit and cutting

Club apparel system

Six product groups, one kit language.

A club programme is not one shirt. These six groups are developed together, so matchday, training, travel, staff and club-wear pieces share the same colours, crest treatment and trims.

Sports developed in parallel
  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Volleyball
  • Baseball
  • Rugby
  • Cricket
  • Pickleball

The same design, sampling, production and quality process applies across every sport, and other emerging sports are handled the same way.

Specification tiers

Three tiers. Chosen per product, not per club.

A programme can run a premium matchday kit alongside essential training wear. Compare the three standard tiers on the points that decide a season order.

Specification EssentialEntry tier ProfessionalClub season tier PremiumTop tier
Fabric Moisture-wicking polyester on an entry-level knit. Polyester interlock with breathable mesh panels. Premium jacquard knit with mesh panels.
Weight & performance Light and easy-care, built for training volume. Balanced weight and breathability for competitive match use. Higher fabric weight and structure, with jacquard detailing.
Craft & trims Sublimation print with standard trims. Sublimation or white-ink direct print, 3D embroidery, silicone badges. Full decoration set: 3D embroidery, silicone badges, jacquard panel detail and premium trims.
Best suited for School teams, first-season kits and high-volume training wear. Club squads playing a full competitive season. Professional clubs, sports brands and retail-facing programmes.
Production cycle Standard bulk cycle, confirmed per order by production. Standard bulk cycle, confirmed per order; 3-day rapid sampling where it applies. Standard bulk cycle, confirmed per order; 7–10 day fast bulk assessed per order.
Price positioning Entry tier — the lowest cost per piece at volume. Mid tier — match-grade performance against controlled cost. Top tier — premium fabrics and craft, priced accordingly.

Exact price and lead time are confirmed per order: unit pricing is tiered by quantity and set by the product, design, fabric, craft, trims, delivery and packaging involved. Rapid 3-day sampling applies to standard products in available materials and begins after the sample fee is received and the specifications are confirmed; the 7–10 day fast bulk cycle is conditional and confirmed per order by production. Contract or formal quotation terms take precedence over anything on this page.

Design & sampling

Two inputs. One build.

Every project starts from either your finished artwork or your crest and colours. Both routes end in the same place: an approved specification and a confirmed production pack.

A / Client artwork supplied

You send complete production artwork.

Send finished production artwork and we verify it against fabric, print method, cut and trims, produce a sample for your approval, and release the same files to bulk production.

B / Crest & colours supplied

You send a crest, colours and references.

Send the crest, brand colours and any reference kit. Our design team develops the kit with you and returns a first 3D mockup for your comments before anything is sampled.

First 3D kit mockup and approved sample detail
  • 2-hour first 3D mockup — applies when complete assets and clear requirements are supplied and the design is of normal complexity; it does not include revision rounds or final production artwork.
  • 3-day rapid sampling — standard products in available materials, starting after the sample fee is received and the specifications are confirmed.
  • Sample fee — credited against the bulk order; the international courier cost is not credited.
Manufacturing & quality control

Control, not scale.

Our own factory in Shishi, Fujian, carries more than 20 years of OEM/ODM sports apparel manufacturing, and core production, scheduling and quality control all run there. Special processes and peak capacity are covered by screened long-term partners, and across the own factory and those partners we work with 18 production lines. The finished order stays one supplier's responsibility: ours.

  1. 01 / Incoming material

Fabric and trims checked against the confirmed specification before cutting starts.

  2. 02 / First article

The first piece off the line compared with the approved sample and the written production pack.

  3. 03 / Colour & placement

Crest, sponsor and number positions checked against the approved placement and colour swatches.

  4. 04 / Stitch & measure

Seams, joins and garment measurements audited against the size data confirmed in writing.

  5. 05 / Roster & numbering

Player names, numbers and the size breakdown verified against the confirmed roster list.

  6. 06 / Packing & release

Final quantities, packing list and pre-dispatch photos checked before the goods leave.

Commercial rules

How a project starts and how it is settled.

MOQ

10 pieces per design for a bulk order. Smaller quantities are handled as samples or special small runs, and are not priced as bulk.

Tiered pricing

Unit price is tiered by quantity and set by the product, design, fabric, craft, trims, delivery and packaging involved.

50% deposit

Production starts after the full production pack is confirmed in writing and the deposit is received.

50% balance

The balance is settled before dispatch.

Sample fee

Credited against the bulk order; the international courier cost is not credited.

Lead time

The bulk cycle runs from deposit received plus written confirmation of the complete production pack.

Exact price and lead time are confirmed per order; contract or formal quotation terms take precedence.

A full club squad equipped in one consistent kit language

Equip the whole club for a season.

One kit language across every squad — matchday, training, travel and staff — so the club reads as one organisation from the first training session to the last away trip. Fewer suppliers, fewer mismatched sets, and one schedule the season can be planned against.

Process

Seven stages from brief to delivery.

The same route every time, with your written confirmation at the points that matter: design, sample, size data and the production pack.

  1. 01Requirement confirmation
  2. 02Design & 3D mockup
  3. 03Fabric & craft selection

Why clubs verify us

What buyers check before a season order.

These are the questions a procurement manager actually asks. They are also the points every project here is built around.

  • Quality consistency

Every release is checked against the written production pack, not against memory.

  • Lead-time control

The bulk cycle is confirmed per order and runs from deposit received plus written confirmation.

  • Design accuracy

The 3D mockup you approve is the design that reaches the production line.

  • Crest & placement precision

Crest, sponsor and number positions are verified against the approved placement.

  • Brand colour consistency

Your colours are matched across every garment in the programme, not per order batch.

  • Sizing reliability

2XS–7XL on western-fit blocks, or your own chart; the confirmed written size data is the only production basis.

  • Bulk matches the sample

The approved sample is the reference the bulk run is held to.

  • Your IP respected

Client artwork, crests and marks are produced for your order only.
