10 pieces starts a design, tiered pricing scales it
The bulk minimum is 10 pieces per design. Smaller quantities are handled as samples or special small runs at non-bulk pricing, so an order is not refused for being small. The unit price is tiered by quantity and set by the product, design, fabric, craft, trims, delivery and packaging of the order.

10 pieces starts a design, and a small order is not refused
10 pieces per design is the bulk minimum. A smaller quantity is quoted as a sample or a special small run, at non-bulk pricing, rather than turned away. Four figures sit behind the commercial terms.
A sample or a special small run is priced outside bulk. Where several designs share one order, the minimum applies to each design, because each one carries its own production setup.
Three standard tiers, compared on the same points
Essential, Professional and Premium are compared on fabric, weight and performance, craft and trims, the programmes they suit, production cycle and price positioning. The tier is chosen with the programme in mind.
| Specification | Essential | Professional | Premium |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fabric and construction | Moisture-wicking polyester in interlock and mesh. | Moisture-wicking polyester in interlock and mesh, with breathable sport fabrics from the range. | Premium jacquard knits with moisture-wicking polyester. |
| Weight and performance | Entry position of the three, for everyday training and club leisurewear. | Mid position of the three, for training and matchday programmes. | Highest position of the three, for matchday and presentation kit. |
| Craft and trims | Sublimation and white-ink direct print. | Direct print with silicone badges. | Silicone badges, 3D embroidery and premium jacquard knits. |
| Suited to | Training apparel, club leisurewear, staff and coach gear. | Small and medium clubs, school teams and event programmes. | Professional clubs, matchday kits and presentation or travel sets. |
| Production cycle | Confirmed per order, from the deposit and the written production pack. | Confirmed per order; standard products may qualify for the conditional fast tracks. | Confirmed per order; craft and trims are set in the written pack. |
| Price positioning | Entry tier of the three, quoted per order. | Middle tier, quoted per order. | Highest tier of the three, quoted per order. |
The tier positions above are relative to each other. No tier carries a published price, and the fabric, craft and trims for an order are confirmed per order in writing, where a formal quotation always takes precedence.
What sets the unit price
The unit price is tiered by quantity and then set by the order itself. Eight things are weighed when a quotation is prepared.
-
Product
The garment or accessory group being made, from matchday kits to training apparel, travel wear, socks, caps and bags.
-
Quantity
The number of pieces per design, which sets the tier the order is quoted in.
-
Design
How much design work the artwork needs, from complete production artwork to a crest and colours developed with you.
-
Fabric
Which fabric is selected for the order, from the breathable sport fabrics and premium jacquard knits available.
-
Craft
The decoration on the garment: sublimation, white-ink direct print, silicone badges or 3D embroidery.
-
Trims
Collar, cuff and finishing details, plus crest, brand-colour and sponsor placement work.
-
Delivery
The freight mode quoted for the destination, agreed per order.
-
Packaging
How the order is packed, from carton quantities to individual packing where it is needed.
Nothing is quoted from a published price list. A formal quotation prepared for your order takes precedence over any indicative figure or general statement of terms.
The unit price is tiered by quantity, and a larger run spreads the setup and material work across more pieces. Where a schedule is tight, the lead time and delivery page sets out how the clock starts and what can be expedited.
Two milestones, and how the sample fee is treated
Payment runs in two halves around production. The sample fee and the courier cost are treated differently, so both are stated plainly.
-
50% deposit
Paid after the complete production pack is confirmed in writing. Production starts from that point.
-
50% balance
Due before dispatch, once the order has passed its checks.
-
Sample fee
Credited against the bulk order.
-
International courier
Not credited against the bulk order.
The pack, the payment schedule and the dispatch arrangement are confirmed in writing with the order. No payment is taken against a verbal instruction.
