From brief to delivered carton

Seven stages carry a project from the first requirement to a delivered carton: design and 3D mockup, fabric and craft selection, sampling, bulk production, quality control and cross-border delivery, each with something confirmed in writing before the next stage starts.

First response within 30 minutes during working hours, within 12 hours outside them.

The seven stages

The same order every time

Each stage closes against the confirmation made before it. Inputs differ from order to order; the sequence does not.

  1. 01 Requirement confirmation Sport, product groups, quantities, size range, branding and the date the kit has to be in hand.
  2. 02 Design and 3D mockup We work from client-supplied artwork, or design with your crest, colours and references, and preview the result as an AI-assisted 3D mockup.
  3. 03 Fabric and craft selection Fabric and craft are chosen from hundreds of breathable sport fabrics and dozens of premium jacquard knits — silicone badges, 3D embroidery, white-ink direct print or sublimation.
  4. 04 Sampling A physical sample is made to the confirmed documents; a 3-day rapid sample runs for standard products in available materials once the sample fee is received and the specs are confirmed.
  5. 05 Bulk production The bulk cycle starts when the deposit is received and the complete production pack is confirmed in writing.
  6. 06 Quality control Incoming materials, first article, colour and placement, stitching and measurement, names and numbers, quantity and packing are checked in order.
  7. 07 Cross-border delivery Courier, air and sea freight are quoted per order; transit, customs and duties are confirmed in writing rather than promised in advance.
Written confirmations

What is confirmed, and where it sits

Four confirmations hold the project together, one at each handover.

Design: the artwork, crest and colours you approve, with the 3D mockup that shows how they are used across the kit.

Sample: the physical sample you approve, which becomes the reference for the bulk run.

Size data: the confirmed size chart and breakdown. The factory's own blocks are built on common European and American fits, 2XS–7XL, custom charts are accepted, and the written size data is the only production basis.

Production pack: the frozen document the lines build from — artwork, colours, sizes, roster and trims.
