You supply complete production artwork
The finished artwork for the design arrives ready to build from. We confirm it is production-ready, place it on the product and fabric you have chosen, and carry it through sampling into the production pack.
A project starts from one of two design inputs: complete production artwork you supply, or the crest, colours and references you send us, with the design work done here. Both routes end the same way — production-ready artwork and a confirmed specification the lines build from.
First response within 30 minutes during working hours, within 12 hours outside them.
Either input is workable. Which route a project takes is decided at the start, because it changes what is needed from you and how the design stage runs.

Send the crest, brand colours and reference images, and we design with them, including an AI-assisted 3D mockup preview. Qualified projects receive one free initial design draft, developed into production-ready artwork after you confirm the direction.
Each window below is conditional. The condition is part of the statement, not small print added afterwards.
All three windows are conditional. Every other lead time is confirmed per order, once the deposit is received and the complete production pack is confirmed in writing.
A physical sample is the point where fabric, craft and fit are judged on the garment rather than on a screen.
The sample shows how the chosen fabric behaves, how the craft sits on it, and how the finished garment measures against the size data you confirmed.
Approval means the sample and the written specification match. Bulk is locked only after that comparison is made and recorded, and the route to that point is set out under sizing and production approval.
The fabric, the weight and the craft on the garment, including silicone badges, 3D embroidery, white-ink direct print or sublimation.
Crest, brand-colour and sponsor placement reviewed against the artwork you approved.
Garment measurements and the name and number allocation compared with the written size data and roster list.
Four rules apply to every sample, whether the design came from your artwork or from the route we developed together.
The sample fee is credited against the bulk order once that order is placed.
The international courier cost is not credited. It is paid at cost for the sample shipment.
Clients submitting crests, sponsor marks or league badges confirm in writing that they hold the rights to reproduce them.
Submitted marks are checked before cutting files are released. Work pauses on a mark that looks like a counterfeit retail sports brand or an unauthorised league mark, and we ask for licensing documents or revised artwork.
Send the artwork, or the crest, colours and references. We will confirm which route the project takes and how the sample fee is credited against the bulk order.
